Project notes: This classic stucco Foursquare in Oak Park underwent a major remodel, adding a new kitchen, mudroom, and new basement living space. The clients’ classic yet modern sensibility is reflected in the material choices: An oversized holland paver by TECHO-BLOC set in herringbone pattern. Old meets new.
